About Dominique Williams, MSW, RSW
Passionately supporting women’s mental health through every stage
I’m a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and a proud member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). With a Psychology degree from Carleton University, and Social Work degrees (BSW & MSW) from the University of Waterloo, I bring a strong foundation in mental health support and therapeutic counselling.
For years, my focus was on geriatrics and dementia care—until my own experience with breast cancer and menopause revealed a serious gap in support for women facing these life changes. That’s why I launched my practice: to provide the specialized care women deserve during perimenopause, menopause, and major life transitions.
Whether you're looking for in-person counselling in Kitchener-Waterloo or Stratford, or prefer virtual support anywhere in Ontario, I’m here to help. We’ll work together to navigate menopause stigma, hormonal shifts, relationship challenges, and emotional well-being with clarity, balance, and empowerment.
Beyond therapy, I’m a certified yoga instructor and dragon boater, competing each summer with my team. Originally from Australia, I have a love for warm weather—and yes, I’ll happily eat popcorn for dinner! Learn more about Brisqette's Services & Pricing or visit the FAQ page.
You don’t have to face this alone. Let’s connect, book an appointment and start your journey toward strength, support, and resilience.
